How do you determine A, B, O, AB blood types.

How do you determine A, B, O, AB blood types.

Blood types are often used to judge personality and urinate, for example, "Type A is strong, Type B is...," but originally, blood types are necessary for blood transfusions.

A blood transfusion is the sharing of blood from another person in the event of heavy bleeding, such as in a car accident. In other words, another person's blood is mixed with one's own blood.
At this time, if your blood and another person's blood are incompatible with each other and do not mix well, the blood will clump together. If this happens, it is a serious problem, so blood types are used to distinguish between the two.
Blood types are determined by mixing blood with blood. First, a serum solution made from type A and type B blood is prepared. Next, the blood of the person to be tested is added a little at a time to both the type A serum and the type B serum. If only the A blood clumps together, the person is type B. If only the B blood clumps together, the person is type A. If both clumps together, the person is type AB. If both are not clustered, then it is type O. This is how blood types are determined.

The first ABO blood type was discovered by Landsteiner in Austria in 1901. Since then, many blood types other than the ABO blood type have been discovered.
