How do the bones exist?

First, consider what would happen if our bones were to disappear from our bodies.
Perhaps we are like jellyfish washed up on a beach, unable to get up and move.
Thus, the first function of bones is to support the body.
The second function is to protect the contents of the body. Our skull acts like a helmet to protect the brain, which is very important. The pelvis also protects the internal organs.
The third role is for movement. In other words, bones have the role of moving the body, and muscles of the limbs and other parts of the body can bend and stretch by stretching and contracting and moving the bones attached to them. The ribs, also known as ribs, are used for breathing exercises that expand and contract the chest.
