How were the stones and rocks formed from?

Since a rock is a large stone, we can say that rocks and stones are the same thing, just of different sizes. Therefore, in science studies, rocks and stones are collectively called "rocks.
These rocks are classified into three main categories based on the way they are formed.
The first is called "igneous rock. You can think of igneous rocks as rocks formed by volcanoes. Under the ground, there is hot, molten magma. Volcanoes are the places where this magma flows out of the ground. After this magma has erupted from a volcano, igneous rocks are rocks that have either clumped together on the surface of the earth or slowly clumped together underground before erupting.
The second type of rock is called sedimentary rock. Sedimentary rocks are rocks that were formed millions, tens, or hundreds of millions of years ago, when dirt, sand, and pebbles accumulated at the bottom of oceans and lakes and were forced to clump together by the weight from above over a long period of time.
The third type of rock is metamorphic rock. Metamorphic rocks are igneous or sedimentary rocks whose shape and properties have been changed by the heat of underground magma or by crushing forces working in the ground. It can be said that igneous and sedimentary rocks are transformed by heat and pressure.
