First, as soon as the cloud-like object made of gas began to contract, it now began to rotate. As soon as it starts to rotate, a center always forms. That center was the sun in ancient times. Around the sun, a large disk-shaped mass of gas began to form.
As the temperature of this mass of gas decreased, it produced small dust-like particles out of the gas. These dust particles gathered in clusters to form small stars called microplanets. There were too many of them to count, and they kept colliding with each other, breaking up and sticking together again and again. Later, these microplanets gradually grew larger and larger and became planets. One of these planets is the Earth. It can be said that the earth was formed from gas that existed in the universe long ago.
