Why don't we feel it when the earth is spinning?

It is true that the earth rotates. However, we usually do not feel this fact at all.
This is because everything around us and the air around us is moving at the same time as we are.
Imagine, for example, driving a car on the highway. If you are driving at 100 km/h and your ears are covered and your eyes are blindfolded, you will not be able to see if the car is moving or not. In other words, if we cannot see the scenery and the air inside the car is moving at the same speed as the car, we will not notice the car even though it is moving at a very high speed. Of course, if the car suddenly speeds up or suddenly slams on the brakes, you would notice.
In fact, we can think of the earth in the same way. The earth always rotates at the same speed and never suddenly speeds up. Therefore, since human beings also rotate at the same speed, and the air and objects around us also rotate together, we feel as if we are not rotating at all.
