How and when was water formed?

How and when was water formed?

Until about 700 million years after the Earth's birth, or about 3.9 billion years ago, the Earth's surface temperature was extremely high.

However, when the temperature gradually began to drop below 100 degrees Celsius, the water vapor that had been contained in the clouds began to fall as heavy rain. This was the first rain that fell since the birth of the earth.
This was the beginning of water. Until then, there was no water on land.
The floods that followed were caused by the large amount of rain that fell, and the water accumulated in the hollows of the earth and became the oceans.
Even today, about 70% of the earth's surface is covered by oceans, so the amount of rain that fell was truly amazing. It can also be said that this amount of water was contained in the clouds surrounding the earth.
So where did the water in the clouds come from before? The water was in the rocks that created the earth. The water vapor that was in the rocks of the earth was blown up into the sky by volcanic eruptions over a long period of time.
