How do you make batteries?

The materials used in batteries include "carbon, manganese dioxide, ammonium chloride, and zinc. Batteries are made of less commonly known materials.
In the middle of the battery is a single black rod. This is made of something called carbon. Around this carbon rod is a black powder. This black powder is manganese dioxide or ammonium chloride. It is surrounded by paper, which is then covered with metal. In simple terms, the inside of a battery looks like this.
The entire process of making batteries is now done by machines, and batteries are being made faster and faster than human beings can make them.
