How do you make snacks?

It is impossible to explain how to make all of the snacks here, so I will focus on potato chips and marshmallows.

First of all, potato chips are a typical snack food. Potato chips are basically thinly sliced potatoes that are fried in oil. They are then flavored with salt, nori salt, barbecue sauce, consommé, and many other flavors.
Marshmallows are much more difficult to make than potato chips. First, the whites of the eggs are beaten well, then gelatin and sugar are mixed with the egg whites, and the mixture is placed in a squeezable bag. Next, the potato starch is whisked into the mixture, and a hollow is made on top of it. Finally, the contents of the bag are squeezed out into the hollow, cooled and hardened, and then the katakuriko is removed. In simple terms, marshmallow is made by mixing egg whites, gelatin, and sugar.
As you can see, there are many ways to make different types of okashi.
The only thing they all have in common is that almost all of them contain sugar.
