Why is milk white?

Milk is composed mainly of protein, fat, carbohydrates, inorganic substances, and water.
It also contains a small amount of vitamins. Protein contains all 10 important amino acids. In addition, milk is a highly digestible food, making it a very convenient source of nutrients that are easily absorbed.
Of the many nutrients in milk, two are related to color: fat and protein. These two nutrients reflect light diffusely. When light is diffusely reflected, it appears white.
Clouds and snow appear white because of diffuse reflection of light.
