How do you make butter?

Butter is made by separating and solidifying only the fat, or oil, in milk. The process begins by spinning a container of milk in a circular motion at high speed.
This separates the milk into fatty cream and nonfatty skimmed milk. The resulting cream is allowed to stand for a while and then rapidly stirred again to form clumps of fat. This is butter.
However, this mass still contains buttermilk in addition to fat. Cold water is then poured over it to rinse off the buttermilk and knead it well to make perfect butter.
There are two types of butter: salted butter, which is usually used for baking and cooking, and unsalted butter, which is used for baking cakes. Butter is also used in stews, gratins, curries, and steaks, as well as in the cakes, pies, biscuits, cookies, and candies that we eat all the time.
