How do you make bread?

Bread can be made with only four ingredients: flour, salt, water, and yeast. These four ingredients are available at most supermarkets, so it is easy to make homemade bread at home.

Let me briefly explain how to make bread. First, add water and yeast to bread flour (strong flour), add a little salt, and knead thoroughly. When kneading by hand, knead well with a lot of force for about 15 to 20 minutes. When the kneading is finished, roll it up and leave it in a warm and humid place for a while. After a while, the flour will expand due to the action of the yeast bacteria. This is called fermentation, and the process usually involves crushing the flour again, shaping it, placing it in a mold, and fermenting it again in the same way. When the dough is well puffed, it is placed in the oven and baked at a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes. Then the bread is baked for 20 to 30 minutes at a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius, and that fluffy bread is ready.
When making bread at home, consider that it takes about 8 hours from the time you start kneading the flour to the time it is baked. The ingredients introduced here are the basics of bread, but to enhance the flavor, milk, sugar, eggs, butter, and other ingredients may be added to the flour in addition to salt and water. Once you get used to it, it will be interesting to experiment.
