Eiken Jr.(R) (sponsored by the English Language Proficiency Test Association of Japan)
The Eiken test is designed for children to familiarize themselves with the English language. The test is in a listening format where you listen to words and sentences by ear. All you have to do is select and circle the correct answer from the illustrations in the chart, so it's easy to tackle. The key is to get used to listening to English!

（The Eiken test, sponsored by the Eiken Foundation of Japan, is a very well-known English test. However, even the easiest level, Level 5, requires English proficiency at the elementary level of junior high school. If you have not studied English at school, it is a bit difficult.
The "Eiken Jr.(R)" test is designed for children. This test is popular at schools and cram schools, especially among elementary school students.
The test has three grades (levels), starting with "BRONZE," followed by "SILVER," and then "GOLD. Therefore, you can easily challenge yourself according to your English listening comprehension level.
English is fun in elementary school.
English tends to become a "must-do" subject in junior high school, but elementary school students can still have fun learning it.
These days, there are opportunities to come into contact with English at elementary school, and there are also many English teaching materials for children. If something triggers their interest, they should try to learn more and more. One good way to achieve this goal is to use the Eiken Jr.(R) test.
If you can speak Japanese, you can talk with Japanese people. However, the population of Japan is about 130 million, while the number of people who use English is said to be more than 1 billion. In other words, if you can speak English, you can communicate with people all over the world. This is what motivates me.
