IC3 (IC3)

It is a universal international certification to acquire the basics of computers and the Internet. It tests your practical knowledge to wisely use the ever-evolving IT.
IT knowledge is essential for any career.
Nowadays, knowledge of computers and information technology (IT) is as essential as a car license. This is because it is difficult to imagine any future career that does not involve the use of IT.
However, not everyone needs to become an IT expert. Rather, what is needed is a basic understanding of IT and the ability to operate a computer, which should be shared by many people. Based on this idea, the IC3 certification, which is common worldwide, has already been implemented in more than 110 countries.
The exam consists of three subjects. The exam covers three subjects: Computing Fundamentals, which tests knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems; Key Applications, which tests operation of typical applications such as word processing and spreadsheet software; and Living Online, which tests knowledge and usage of the Internet and e-mail. Online" test, which examines the knowledge and usage of the Internet and e-mail.
I'd recommend that parents and children take the test.
The test method is to answer questions displayed on a computer monitor at the test site using a mouse and keyboard. You may take only one exam on the same day, or all three. The results of the exam are determined on the spot, and a "Test Result Report," which analyzes the content of the exam, is given to the student.
Since the IC3 test is incorporated into information processing classes at high schools and vocational schools, it is probably quite difficult for elementary and junior high school students. In this sense, it is recommended that parents and children take the exam together, since IT knowledge is important for both adults and children.
As for specific test preparation, you can take an IC3 course at a PC school or study with a commercially available textbook called "IC3 Preparation Textbook" (FOM Publishing Co., Ltd.).
