Kart Driver National License (Junior B)
Karting is a motorsport that does not require a driver's license. It is an introduction to motorsports, but the speed you can feel is over 100 km/h. It is quite thrilling! It is quite thrilling.
Step up from beginner to professional!
Riding on a machine with bare tires, the driver presses the gas pedal with the right foot and the brake with the left foot. It is a motor sport that can be participated in without a driver's license. Originally, go-karts at amusement parks were converted to racing karts, but when you actually drive one, the steering wheel operation is just like that of a formula car you see on TV racing. The speed is over 100 km per hour.
Racing karts have continued to develop as an introduction to motor sports for those who want to take up motor sports in earnest. Most of the young drivers in F1 and Japan's top formula racing were introduced to kart racing as children.
Once you qualify, you're just racing to get a track record.
To obtain a Junior National B (10-14 years old) license, first contact the governing body JAF (Japan Automobile Federation) and attend a training session held in each region. After the training session, the applicant has 30 days to complete the necessary documents and apply for the license.
After obtaining the Junior National B license, you can aim for a higher level license by accumulating race results. From this point onward, the license is not obtained through a training session, but rather through the number of races you participate in and your achievements.
If you become addicted to the tension of racing, you may be inspired to become a professional racer.
