ski badge test

This test is designed to evaluate your skiing skills. There are different grades, so you will be able to see how good you are at skiing. The question is how cool you can ski!
There are three classes, according to level.
The ski badge test is a test of skiing skills conducted by the Skiing Association of Japan (SAJ). It used to be called the "Basic Ski Skills Test. In short, it is a test to determine whether one can ski the prescribed disciplines of slope skiing "according to the basics and in a cool manner.
This test is divided into the "junior test" for elementary and junior high school students (grades 5 to 1), the "grade test" for adults (grades 5 to 1), and the "prize test" (technical prize and crown prize), which is a higher grade than the junior test. The goal for the average skier is to pass the grade tests up to grade 1.
Levels 5 to 3 require a practical test (where the skier is taught and graded by a teacher, as in a general school), level 2 requires a regulation test (where the skier is graded on a specific event in front of three other scorers), and level 1 requires a regulation test and a preliminary training course.
Passing the exam earns you a "badge".
From Level 5 to Level 2, you may take the test from any level without having any level (Level 2 is for junior high school students and above. However, junior high school students and younger are also acceptable if they have acquired Junior Test Level 2 or higher). Upon successfully passing the kyu test, you will receive a badge and a certificate of success for each kyu.
As explained in the upper right corner under "What is the passing line?" As explained in the "What is the passing line?" section above right, the badge test is scored according to one's current skills, and requires skiing performance ability. On the other hand, the "junior test" divides the grades according to the running time, so beginners who have just started skiing may want to start there first.
