The job is to develop the skills of golf players. The job is different in content and difficulty depending on whether the person being taught is an average person or a professional.

His dream is big: to become a "professional who teaches professionals!

In addition to "tournament pros" who play as players, there is also a major golf certification called "teaching pros" who are recognized for their skills as golf instructors.
The teaching professional's job is completely different depending on whether the person he or she is teaching is an ordinary person (amateur) or a professional.
Those who work at golf courses or driving ranges and teach amateurs are called "lesson professionals. They teach customers how to enjoy golf as a hobby, but the skills they teach are basic, and they are often entrusted with minor chores as well. There are tens of thousands of such lesson professionals throughout Japan.
In contrast, there are only a handful of instructors who teach professional golfers. They are, so to speak, "professionals who teach professionals," who teach tournament pros who earn a lot of prize money by competing in tournaments. Therefore, the level of skill required is extremely high.

Read lots of books, too, to deepen your understanding of golf.

The "C level" qualification is recognized by the Japan Professional Golfers' Association, and advancement to the B and A levels is granted through study at the respective training sessions.
If you are patient and study hard, you can obtain the certification, but that is only what is required to become a lesson professional who teaches the general public. There is no qualification system for teaching professionals who teach professionals. It is a world where only ability and performance matter.
For those who are interested in golf at the elementary or junior high school level, it is recommended to read many books related to golf, even manga. Also, junior golf classes for elementary school students and up are being held all over the country, so why don't you join one?

Finished school
The teaching professional exam has no educational background restrictions. Since communication with others is an important part of the profession, it is a good idea to broaden your horizons in college.
Work hard as a trainee on a golf course for at least 3 years.
After this steady period of time, the applicant must pass a documentary and practical screening.
Take a class
The training course takes two years. The shortest course to become certified is five years, but in reality, most people take longer.
Passed with flying colors!
If they pass the final screening, they will receive a "C" grade.
Developing professional opportunities
Look for teaching jobs at golf courses and other places. It is also important to make connections with people you have known up to that point.
